GRUMPY OLD MEN, the Musical, is the story of two aging men, Max and John, neighbors who have been feuding for most of their lives. Invigorated by their shared attraction to their new neighbor across the street, the beautiful, eccentric, and charming Ariel, they face-off as romantic rivals until their hilarious shenanigans finally bring about a resolution to their long-standing differences. Based on the 1993 film written by Mark Steve Johnson, this stage adaptation captures the lovably crotchety characters through twinkling humor, great songs, and the affectionate depiction of a small town that feels like home to everyone.

 

 

The production will be held indoors. For your protection, and in accordance with CDC guidance and County of Los Angeles mandates, we require the following:

1. Proof of COVID vaccination:
   1. Actual vaccination card
   2. Photo of actual vaccination card
   3. CA Digital COVID-19 Vaccination card
   4. If not vaccinated, then proof of negative COVID test administered no more than 72 hours before the performance, a digital or printed copy of the test result, including date administered

 

2. Audience members are to be masked throughout the performance – except when drinking beverages
