When decisions are made in our schools, city halls, and state capital, our local Jewish community needs to be heard. That's the work of our Jewish Federation. We advocate for Jewish values and Jewish life across the greater San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys. We speak up, we show up, and we respond when our community needs us.
Much of this work happens quietly and behind the scenes, through relationships built over time and conversations that happen long before an issue makes the news. That is why it can be hard to see, and why we want to explain it.

How we do it
- Responding quickly. When we learn of an incident or issue, we act, supporting those affected and reaching out to the people who can help.
- Building relationships. We make sure those who serve our community know us, understand us, and know where to turn for a Jewish perspective.
- Educating. We provide resources, workshops, and guidance to schools and community partners on understanding and confronting hate.
- Convening. We bring together local Jewish professionals, organizations, and partners so our community speaks with a strong, coordinated voice.
