Federation is about partnerships. It is about understanding the needs of a community and working tirelessly to meet those needs.

We are currently involved in a number of VERY exciting programs … some familiar, some new to our community. Here is a glimpse –

• Camp Gan Shalom has been doing great! Enrollment is at a five year high. Staff is great and the campers are having a blast!!

• Planning is well underway for the Tenth Annual Jewish Book Festival! This year’s Festival will “open” with Rabbi David Wolpe (Newsweek’s top-rated congregational Rabbi) on Saturday evening, November 1, at PJTC.

• Our Jewish Family Resource Services (JFRS) will be expanding its reach into our community this year, as clinicians and synagogue clergy and educators partner to bring JFRS programs into our congregational communities.

• This coming December, our Federation will be sponsoring a community concert of Jewish music produced by the Cantors of the congregations in our region.
